Sheikh Kenyawi’s journey began in Baidoa, Somalia, where he received his early Islamic education and developed a deep love for knowledge and spiritual growth.
Born in Wajir, Kenya, Sheikh Kenyawi showed extraordinary dedication to Islamic learning from a young age. As a child, he studied the Qur’an deeply and later memorized it at Bayt Al-Maal in Nairobi, Kenya. He pursued higher studies at Al-Azhar University in Cairo, Egypt, where he specialized in Islamic Law (Fiqh) and graduated with highest honors.
His professors noted his particular interest in the themes of mercy and forgiveness throughout Islamic texts, a passion that would later define his life's work and mission.
After completing his studies with distinction, Sheikh Kenyawi felt a profound calling to share the transformative power of Islam, particularly the concept of forgiveness as a divine path to spiritual freedom, healing, and inner peace.
His teaching style, characterized by compassion, wisdom, and practical application of Islamic principles, quickly gained recognition among students and fellow scholars alike.
